Prices and shipping costs
Our products and prices are those indicated on the website. All prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs). The total price of your order, including all ancillary and shipping costs, is displayed at the end of the ordering process.
By placing a binding order, you declare that you agree with the total price for the ordered products. After the binding order, the price can no longer be adjusted.
Please note that for deliveries abroad, customs and VAT costs will be charged to the customer. Since our company is not subject to VAT, the Swiss VAT of 7.7% cannot be deducted for deliveries abroad.
Terms of payment
Orders placed through the store are generally due for payment immediately.
The customer has the possibility to pay with the means of payment, which are displayed on the website or in the order process. These may change from time to time. Payment options are Pay Pal, credit card or manual payments such as cash in advance or Twint.
The order of a fly rod is done by e-mail (info@stegemann-flyrods.ch). Once all details are clarified, a deposit of CHF 500.- will be paid by the buyer. After that the fly rod will be assembled. After the completion of the rod, the remaining amount is paid and the rod is shipped after receipt of payment.
Shipping
After receipt of payment, the goods will be shipped within two working days. The goods will be shipped by Swiss Post.
For deliveries within Switzerland applies:
- Parcels with delivery on the next working day, max 2kg and 100cm length, registered, CHF 11.-
- Parcels to nearby countries (EU), registered, CHF 40.-
- International parcel delivery (e.g. USA), registered, 60.-
Return
A return is only possible if the item has not been used, is absolutely undamaged and has no defects.
Warranty
Stegemann Flyrods guarantees the clean workmanship of a fly rod or against material damage.
Stegemann Flyrods does not guarantee against damage caused by improper handling or negligence. For a fee, damage to the rod will be repaired or parts replaced.​
